5 Healthy Habits!

So I've been wanting to change my lifestyle around this year, for me and my family's sake. I decided to put some goals I would like to achieve by starting off with the small things. So here is my list and hopefully I can stick to it!

1. Drink Water!!!! I would like to drink at least a quart of water a day. I hardly ever drink water, so just to drink this much is a big deal...

2. Take a multi-vitamin daily. I really could use the extra energy, and besides it healthy!

3. Add fish to my diet at least once a week. (Grilled or baked preferably.) This might not be so bad, I actually enjoy seafood.

4. Eat at least a serving of fruit per day. (Yes y'all this is hard for me too)

5. Exercise at least 2x per week. (hmm, idk about this one, but I'm going to try =) )
